Questions
Do clients have to install an app?
No. It runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen in one tap.
What happens after 14 days?
You pick a plan or do nothing. Data waits 30 days and we do not take a card at sign-up.
Can I move data from another system?
Yes, import clients and passes from CSV or XLSX with a preview and an error report.
Does Savali touch my money?
No. Payments go through your own Przelewy24 or Stripe account straight to the studio.
Does it work with sports cards?
Yes, in both Basic and Pro: entry registration, a deposit for no-shows and a monthly report per operator.
What about data protection and children?
Versioned consents, guardian consent for people under 18, export and erasure from the panel. Parents add their child in the app, in the Family tab, and book classes for them.
Can I embed the schedule on my website?
Yes, with one script or an iframe. It works on any domain.
Can I cancel?
Any time, effective at the end of the paid period. No fixed-term contract.
